Fall Strength Training
* Fall Strength Training for all secondary school athletes not participating in fall sports will begin on Monday, August 10th through Friday, October 9th for boys.
For 7th-12th grade boys these workouts will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:30-4:45 p.m.
For 7th-12th grade girls these workouts will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:45 p.m. Beginning Tuesday, August 11th through Thursday, October 15th.
For the boys these 23 workouts are bargain priced at only $115 and will help you prepare for your winter or spring sport.
For the girls these 18 workouts are bargain priced at $90.
Please remember that these sessions are limited to 20 each and priority will be given to upper-classmen with 7th/8th graders being added if we are not maxed out. Enrollment starts Monday!
